As a passionate educator and leader, I am
committed to building meaningful connections
between Sri Lanka, Japan, and the UAE through
language, career guidance, and professional
development. With a Bachelor’s degree in
International Studies, a Diploma in Japanese
Language, and JLPT N1 certification, I have gained
deep insights into Japanese language and culture.
As the founder of Hanako Froinge Empliymnet Pvt
Ltd, I guide individuals toward life-changing
opportunities by offering personalized
mentorship, transparent consultancy, and
cultural insights. Whether it’s pursuing a career in
the UAE or higher studies in Japan, my mission is
to empower Sri Lankans to navigate global
pathways with confidence and purpose.

Director
With over a decade of experience in hospitality
management and international recruitment, I bring a
wealth of expertise to my role as Director at Hanako
Froinge Empliymnet Pvt Ltd. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree
in Business Administration (BBA) from Jaipur National
University, I specialize in business strategy, leadership, and
organizational management.
I have had the privilege of leading top hospitality brands
and recruitment agencies, with a focus on global job
placements, business consulting, and cultural integration.
At Hanako, my mission is to support global talent
acquisition and career development, helping Sri Lankan
professionals and students achieve their goals in Japan
and the UAE.I am proud to serve as a bridge between Sri
